Just wondering if anyone know if the Dutch Runner is on dry-dock in Istanbul, Turkey. Marine Traffic shows her there.

Yes, she seems to be in a floating dock at Tuzla.

according to AISlive her eta Zarzis/Tunesia was 17.May.
