vantage points in Stockholm

when in Stockholm, what is worth visiting / seeing (shiplover wise) if roughly two days are available ?...  (by the way - 4th and 5th Sept, I have already seen the cruise vessels schedule for Stockholm + Vasa museum already seen and Maritime Museum already visited)

and what are best vantage points (preferably accessible by public transport) for taking pictures of cruise vessels and ferries ?...
