Tagus has left Southampton under tow after a long period of being laid up, destination is shown as Gdansk but she is at present at anchor off Cowes IOW

Last heard of creaking and groaning all the way to the Nab anchorages.
Now showing no AIS so I presume everything is shut down (again!).

After sailing today she was found to have a blocked oil pipe and had to anchor to try and sort clear the blockage. Dispyte huge amount of smoke she was unable to clear it and headed out to the nab anchorage where she is at present.

It appears that after a troubled start TAGUS is well on her way to Gdansk, at present she is in the Baltic. Anyone know the reason for Gdansk being her  destination. l took a photo of her leaving Southampton from the shore at Netley under tow and belching black smoke.
