May be a bit far, but I believe both are available at Southampton Library - Special Collections Section.   They have all LRs back to the year dot.

Have you tried looking on the site: https://hec.lrfoundation.org.uk/

Digital versions of some LRs are available there and I believe 1913 is one of them.  Both copies are listed for that year, steam and motorships and sailing.
