Crystal Esprit - new owner ???

Crystal Esprit IMO 8705266, operated by Crystal Cruises,has become National Grographic Islander 2   as it states on various AIS internet services (marinetraffic, vesselfinder etc).

She is currently docked in Kraljevica shipyard, Croatia.

I didn't see offical statement that she will be operated by National Geographic.

Is anybody familiar with these  informations?

According to her classification society DNV, she had  been renamed "National Grographic Islander II" - presumably at her last renewal survey  21/10/2021 in Rijeka.
New Owner: Lex Esprit Ltd.
New Manager: Lindblad Expeditions

She has been replaced by Crystal Endeavor. Built by MV Werften in Stralsund, Germany, she was  completed in June 2021. She is the world's largest ice class megayacht with her PC6 rating. Offers guests 6 star service.
