I have just visited www.nsri.org.za to see an article from a link on Vessel Tracker and was surprised to see what appears to be a photo taken by me and posted on Shipspotting.com on 30 October 2010. I have asked nsri for an explanation.

A quick response received from Andrew Ingram of Sea Rescue indicating photo now removed from site. Have checked his site and photo now removed. Good result.

good result indeed :)

its possible to use google to search for where others are may be breaching copyright.
go to google image search, drag the image file from your computer to the search box. google will upload it and find other places where it is online.
it only works with google chrome but is surprisingly easy and effective.
all you need is a whole lot of time on your hands :)
