Shipping News and information / Shuttle tanker M/T Gerd Knutsen bound for Brazil

Hei!

My vessel, the shuttle tanker M/T Gerd Knutsen, just got confirmation to head for Brazil. As far as we know it will be shuttle tanking. According to our agent ports mentioned are Santos, Salvador and Recife.
Does anyone know if these ports have terminals and also if there are any specific fields serving these terminals?
If anyone in Brazil knows something, we are happy for any information!
Knutsen OAS havent really told us much....!

Shipping News and information / LNG/C Norman Lady rescue sailor

On Friday the sailor activated his EPIRB in approx. pos. 700 nm from Guadalope.
The norwegian LNG/C Norman Lady came to the rescue!
The sailor is now on his way back to Europe together with the Lady!

Very nice to see that the crew on my first vessel to the only right thing!!!

I see that they have used my picture of the inside of the bridge on Norman Lady on this page, without adding my name or asking me... But I don't want to make a big fuzz about it! Just happy the sailor is ok!!!
