Now, that's bad weather!
It's impressive how the vesel stays relatively calm in these weather conditions, she is obviously On DP and the DP-syste is not liking it. The beeping you hear in the background is the alarm signal of the DP-system, probably giving alarm on deviation from position setpoint, deviation from heading and possibly alarm on power use.
The shaking-noise you hear after the biggest wave hit is probably the thrusters giving it full whack to return to position or heading.
Would love to see a graph of the windspeeds, the sea conditons, the power used and the deviation from the setpoint.
oh, btw: there is no such thing as hurricanes on the North Sea, you can have hurricane-force winds though but actual hurricanes (cyclones or typhoons) are not possbile on these high lattitudes.
