I very much doubt that she is bringing empties from the far east as having worked in the industry for many years i know that the (UK's) main export when it comes down to containers is fresh air! namely empty containers.
At this time of the year there is usually a huge imbalance that means as soon as a empty container hits a far east port it is required for loading.
It is the peak season and all ships are returning to Europe full with goods for christmas, and any shipping line executive will tell you that it is just not economic sense to bring back empty containers to Europe.

Maybe Maersk have a bit a time up their sleve on this voyage and have been charted to move some extra boxes to or from the UK.  Some of the weird things shipping lines are doing these days any thing is posible.

Be nice to see her to Hobart but is highly unlikely to ever happen.

I believe that Maersk line register most of their ships in the small Danish ports, and they have been doing it for a few years.

cheers Frank
