Hello Pak Agen,

I suggest registering at https://www.equasis.org and/or https://gisis.imo.org/

I have added the IMO numbers to your recent uploads.

Best regards,
Aleksi

If you search the vessel name with "ship" or "vessel" in your search parameter a number of marine traffic monitoring sites will appear. Most of them will display the IMO and MMSI numbers without registering. Baltic Shipping is the best, but not every ship is there. Marine Traffic comes up the most often.

My method for finding IMO, ENI or MMSI is: google enter: marinetraffic <vesselname> mmsi (or imo or eni).
The requested vessel is mostly in the finds.

I use vesselfinder.com. Simple and no password needed. Just enter the ship's name and that is it.

Has any IMO numbers beyond 9999999 been issued yet for merchant vessels?

Hi Richard
Yes, new numbers are appearing, still 7 characters in length but starting with "1" eg IMO1041324 for containership Ning Yuan Tianjin. As IMO no's. first started in the "5's" range, even though these new numbers are going backwards, they are still unique.
Cheers
