Tugs name is Bibiana
She was stolen by pirates and renamed Bibiana by them
Cannot find any ex names but she looks like she could have been locally built
Don't think she's an ex british tug

All I can do is help to narrow it down by saying it's almost certainly not an American-built tug, either. Looks continental in origin to me, or a leased design produced elsewhere.

I think she was French built for a French company.
Can not find any MMSI or other details to my regret.
