 I would say at speeds today of up to nearly 15 knots,she is on her own !!!! . . .showing destination of Algeciras with eta of today at 2200.

Sure sounds like she would be under her own power at 15 knots. Sounds like all her machinery is in fine working order!

From  1 month MSC Flamina she stay to constanta roads.
We expect the results to last chimical tests,if the chemical results are negative  will get the agreement to come into port for unloading waste, then it will be moved to Daewoo shipyard Mangalia  for repairs.

Ship "MSC Flaminia" received notice from authorities to enter the port constanta. Will download all the waste in about 20 days and then will be moved to Mangalia shipyard.
