Get aerial shots done in Singapore

I'm new to this forum and would like to ask the community how I get someone in Singapore to do some aerial shots of our vessel while leaving the port - any good advice?

Martin, I was in touch with Piet Sinke who advised the military do not allow aerial pictures in Singapore. Mostly pictures are taken in the Malacca Straits.
