Hi, I was in Derince arounds the 11. of oct. The vessel is there, but only the mast top is visible. During sinking she damaged the only 35-t-crane of port of Derince. That made me quiet big problems as we were planned to take her berth and load with this crane.
Salvage operations to the cargo are already underway. By divers and mobile crane they are "discharging" steel profiles, bridge construction parts and wire rod coils.

Apart from the Dimitrios P, two other ships are tied up side-by-side at Derince in a rather derelict condition. One has been severely damaged by fire, while the other's name begins 'BS...'

Do any members have an idea as to their identities please?

Many thanks,

Steve Thomas.
