Project Genesis Ships Named

Hi All,

The names of Royal Caribbean 220,000 ships are as follows...

First ship is Oasis of the Seas, and the second one is Allure of the Seas.

Strikes me as odd names... anyhow thats the way it goes nowadays.

Makes you wonder who makes the final decision on these kind of things!

One company i know was engaged on a new build program, and the MD casually asked unto to himself in a rhetorical way "What shall we call the ships?"
To which he replied "How about xxx, xxx and xxx"
And so it was done.
Sometimes that easy!  :-D
