To clarify the situation about ABP suing Ferryways, here is an article that appeared in Lloyds list last year:

Lloyds List via NewsEdge Corporation :
ASSOCIATED British Ports is suing Belgian company Ferryways in a dispute over the port of Ipswich, writes Roger Pearson.
ABP is seeking High Court declarations over a written agreement made in September 2003 over the provision of services and facilities at the port.
The declarations centre around the wording of the agreement, and the port company wants the words 'empty trailers' to be read as 'empty slave trailers'.
ABP also claims that Ferryways is in breach of an agreement over minimum throughput, fixing the minimum throughput for the year to December 2005 at GBP323,414.
In a writ issued at London's High Court, ABP also seeks payment of all sums found due and owing, or damages for breach of contract, and interest.
