Has anyone found that TugTalk seems to have stopped working as of 24th June.

No issues with connecting to the site, does anybody know what could be the problem.

Understand that it was a server upgrade that didn't go right.  All data is secured but all attempts at search, uploading etc go into a black hole.  Cleverer people than me are on the job.
