Dear all,

I would like to use this forum to advertise our new container shipping website. Maybe some of you readers here will be interested to learn that we recently started a free weekly container shipping newsletter. Originally this news feature was started about a year ago and was published in German. Very recently however, we switched to English and put up a new website for you to download the newsletter as a pdf-file. We are trying to cover as many container related issues as possible, especially new-built vessels. There

One thing I wanted to add: I just uploaded a list of all maiden calls of new containerships in the Ports of Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Rotterdam and Antwerp in the next few weeks. Maybe that overview might be helpful for some photographers. The list is attached to Newsletter No. 30. You can dowload it as a pdf-file. Best regards. Jan.

Thanks a lot for your encouraging feedback. My namesake mate Jan and I will do our best to improve and expand the site (with  lots more photos) and deliver a quality newsletter every week. Just some minutes ago, I uploaded the newsletter for week 32. I hope you will enjoy it. It contains an overview of (hopefully) all small and mid-sized containerships delivered during the last two months. Today, I also managed to take a shot of J-J- Sietas
