SOS SOS, Global Dream has been sold for scrap! https://www.instagram.com/p/CerAZ-2roQ5/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=

We need to save this incomplete vessel from the break yards asap! Otherwise, it will become a 21st century Regent Sky/Zoe. Will start a petition soon.

Update from MV Werften, turns out the Global Dream itself is NOT being sold for scrap, but rather it's incomplete SISTER SHIP. They're still looking for a buyer for the Global Dream, so she's safe for now. Petition is now closed. Here is the link to the corrected article. https://www.instagram.com/p/Cera6__ucFl/

Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity have been sold for $24 million and $103 million respectively. Here is the link. https://www.seatrade-cruise.com/finance/crystal-symphony-serenity-reported-sold-128m

The buyers seem to be shell companies, which some ship buyers and Shipbreakers use. I think the Crystal Symphony is going to the shipbreakers considering her price she was bought and her age. Hopefully, the Serenity can continue sailing.

Widely reported in the industry that they have been sold to A&K Travel Group, who will continue to operate the pair under the Crystal Cruises brand (which they have also acquired).
