Can anybody identify this Pilot vessel moored at Southampton on 4th June 2016

Hi Adrian,

On your picture (far left in orange band) you can read it is a damen pilot 1605.
Which number or yardnumber I don't know. perhaps @rd77 have a clue.

Yes, a Damen Stan Pilot 1605

and behind it a Stan Pilot 1505, I think, without the bow-boarding "safety gate"

The lack of any markings suggests to me that these are Damen demo boats.  And with the masts lashed down and taped, perhaps being shipped somewhere.
Or perhaps at Southampton for comparative trials with ABP.  An SP1505 was again in Southampton a few months later at Seawork 2016:
