What am i doing wrong ???

Hi there.

I try to upload videos to the site, i try to paste videolink from youtube, i read in a old post about removing  the s in the https adress, have tried that also, but it still shows error message when i try to play the video, and i does not show thumbnail either, i searched old posts, tried what was written there but still having the problems?
