The bigger picture thief today is Pedro González Ruíz. You can find it by posting photos on vesselfinder.com ► https://www.vesselfinder.com/photographers

Just have a look at your photos, you will surely find some photos of you.

I have repeatedly denounced the website of this, sometimes they have removed the photo denounced, but lately they do not pay attention, because there are many photos. I have told them that until this man is not expelled, I will not continue uploading photos there.

I put it here for your knowledge and possible actions that you can take.

Hi Manuel,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I'll go through his uploads to find at least ten examples of copyright infringement and then email the admins over at Vessel Finder. I hope that ten instances of copyright infringement will be enough for his membership terminated. I will keep everyone posted.

Thank you Manuel, just spotted one of my photographs of the Fraiha stolen and the cheeky so and so has his watermark for copyright, he certainly travels the world to pirate other peoples work, the sooner this pirate gets kicked off vesselfinder the better.

These 2 photos he has stolen from Shipspotting and 20 other photos from my homepage.
From all my photos he has cut off my watermark.

I have sent an invoice to the owner of www.vesselfinder, my demands are 300.- € for each photo, total amount 6 600.- €

And I have checked today only 5000 of the total 12000 uploads.

Ruiz is a top uploader on position 2 of Vesselfinder, when there is not enough pressure from outside to the owner of Vesselfinder they will -I am sure- not suspend his account.
I have checked all the 11900 uploads and found another 7 stolen photos from me, the invoice will follow tomorrow for another demand of 2100.- €

I am one of the Co-Webmasters of ShipSpotting. It was brought to my attention through our forum that one of your members, Pedro González Ruiz has stolen quite a number of images from our site and has uploaded them to his account and with his watermark on each photo.

I have included below 22 instances copyright infringement committed by Pedro, however I have found many more. On the behalf of our members which have had their images stolen, I kindly ask that you take the appropriate action against Pedro as soon as possible. Personally I would like to see his account terminated due to the level of copyright infringement that he has committed; but that decision of course is totally up to you.

This was what I expected; but I also expected that many photos taken from vesselfinder.com by third parties will still show false copyright markings. True enough, although his account was deleted, I am still seeing "his" photos on other sites...
