The standard currently reads:

--- Quote ---Photos of part ships will be accepted in the following circumstances:
a) The photo is of an interesting part of a ship under construction such as rudder, propeller(s), superstructure, bow or stern.
b) The ship is not fully constructed and the photo is a well composed shot of the part or parts that have been completed

Photos of a ship with the view obstructed by building dock and/or shore equipment will be accepted, if a significant part of the ship is visible
