Very interesting. Her file does not show anything out of the ordinary, except for frequent PSC inspections. In September last year she had one PSC deficiency "to be corrected before departure" in Callao in relation to her structure, with two follow-up inspections (last one in December last year).

She received a full set of trading certificates from Bureau Veritas in January 2021, valid until 2026...

Trinity House light vessel LV20 towed from Harwich by tug KINGSTON arrived Hull 4 March 2022, and susequently taken across the river to New Holland for demolition.

Equasis has Imo 7359400 as PHOENIX TITAN and if you search on Fleetmon.com on that Imonr. than TITAN shows up with Palau flag and located at Gadani.
Length and Breadth matches as well.
