Hm, three oft the six current Maersk M-class vessels have been renamed recently: Maren Maersk is now called GUNHILDE MAERSK, Marit Maersk > GUTHORM MAERSK and Mathilde Maersk > GERDA MAERSK.

Therefore, three classical Maersk M-names would now be available for the upcoming Triple-Es...

Regards, F.

Thanks for the info, herb114/F.
GUNHILDE and - especially - GUTHORM - are indeed new and strange names used by Maersk.
Both goes back to the Viking-age, and are probably not used very much these days.
