Ionian Spirit problems on board?

I took a picture from the Ionian Spirit (Agoudimos Lines) at Brindisi (see attached picture). The ship seems to be arrested there by it's crew. You can see huge posters with the words "cry for help" and "greek thieves give us back our money". Does anybody know what's going on there and if Agoudimos Lines is still in service?

IONAN SPIRIT was arrested in March 2012 by Brindisi port authority for unpaid port dues totalling over

Penelope A does not make voyages due to arrest from the crew. She is idle at Rafina since Sep.4 2013 . Ionian Sky is chartered by NEL Lines but now has engine problems

THE Brindisi Port Authority arrested the vessel but at the end vessel was released
In september vessel was arrested again by creditors including crew
The 3 vessel are owned by single company as usual and Flanmare appairs as manager only as usual
Ionian Spirit seems to be abbandoned by owners the Agoudimous family
The problems is that in Italy it takes a lot of time to auction a vessel
