At about 14h00, the MSC AUSTRIA which was upbound on the Saint Lawrence River near Quebec City had to stopped because of a mechanical failure. I heard part of the conversation between the pilot and the Coast Guard Maritime Traffic and the pilot stated that they had a problem with a 'turbo'.
It laid anchor near the Sillery Marina to fix fix the problem.
Attached is a picture that I took at 14H40. At about 15h30, the problem was solved and it was able to continue its trip towards Montreal.
