Sitting in Dundee harbour is one of their former Tay tugs Harecraig (I believe)as seen in the attached link
http://maritimegallery.fotopic.net/p62685863.htmlIts many years since she and her sister Scotscraig worked Dundee docks and the other sister (Scotscraig?) has long since disappeared - presumably scrapped.
Has anyone any idea why this old tug has lingered so long, it can't be that difficult to get rid of a small old tug and I can't see her coming back to life. I recall her bringing in the Dutch ship that brought the Discovery back home back in 1986 and I don't think that she lasted long after that in service. Anyone know of any plans for her future?
