Kotug adds brand new tug for Thames, 2 new for Bremerhaven

Rotterdam tug operator Kotug has added 3 new tugs to its fleet - including ZP Bear, which will be added to its Thames fleet, while ZP Bison and RT Emotion will wor at Bremerhaven.
