Shipspotting Photos used for Company website

under www.oltship.de you will find under "AktuelleSchiffe" some pics which are out of shipspotting. May the specific members give their o.k.may not. For me, as long as the shipping companies ask for permission to do that, it is okay, and at least they should give some info about the copyright.

Question, has anyone received this email too?


 I am in the shipping industry and found somo nice photos of yours that might be used if you please. Nothing precise at the moment, I would like to have a repository of pics that could used for publishing wether online or maybe in  a newspaper article maybe a leaflet, whatever just a sample of vessels.
 

Then I wonder, do you allow other to use your pictures? how would the permission be? do you require anyyhing in exchange?
