What's the name ????

Seen in the SW lane of the English Channel this afternoon approx 1349hrs local AMTERN Imo: 8908088, all available screens show this new name.  I can find no reference as to when name changed from AMERICAN TERN, can anybody please enlighten me ???:D :D

The Name is AMerican TERN ...so i think that AMTERN ist a short-name for AMerican TERM,
like the QE2 ...

Thanks for tht Andreas, I cannot understand why AIS LIVE and all other AIS feeds are calling this ship AMTERN ????

In the AIS you can see exact that, what on board of the ship is put-in in the system.
So when on board destination is put-in "WHERE BEER IS COLD", so everyone kann see dat in the AIS.   ;)

When you see the "Seafeance Nord pas de Calais", there is not the full name in the AIS,
there ist "Seafrance NPC".
