Britain Bay is NUC

I noticed that Britain Bay (IMO: 9615729, MMSI: 373511000) is listed by AIS sites as
"BORDEAUX FR DRFTING" and "not under command".

Anyone know if this is due to a breakdown or is it another case of "Amethyst Ace"?
