Oil spill - near great barrier reef. M/v Golden Peace, today/ last night

Does anybody know something about this? could it possibly the bulker posted on this site? Read about it on a norwegian newssite today, searched google, but could not find any elaborate information concerning vessel, what / why it happened.

The oil spill was in Gladstone, Queensland. The vessel was the Global Peace. The attached link has more information.
