My firefox needs help
« on: April 09, 2012, 09:33:31 AM »
Hi everyone,
I'm using same laptop in several countries, connecting to internet by wireless. Several weeks ago did some changes at Firefox security settings, from that time Ffox is deleting cookies at each log off. Somehow from same time having problem with Shipspotting.com (and no other site so far), i.e. I can log in and browse Forum pages, my User's setting, Help page and one or two more pages. However if I attemtp to browse My Photos - the system prompts that I have to log-in (even I am already logged in) and opens log-in window; then when I (again) log in it opens other page... If I attempt to go to Home page - it appears like I am not logged in...
Tried log in at friend's PC, same Firefox 11.0 - all works fine. Therefore I understand the problem is within my machine / settings, however do not have idea how to solve this.
Any help is appreciated.
Btw, with Google Chrome everything works Ok (otherwise could not post this msg).

Thanks,
Luko P.

Thank you Derek, Jurgen!

Well, the issue is solved now. With your help, also FF Help http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/home - readjusted security settings,
allowed this site cookies etc etc. All seems to work now.
B/Regards

I long-ago abandoned FF (which, for me, had superseded IE) in favour of Google Chrome, which enabled me to get rid of - first - noisy, and then ALL adverts from this site.
Very sorry to the site owners but, at my age, I am not at all interested in dating women (or men)!
