Shipping News and information / Use of shipspotting.com photos on TV

In the news about the sinking of the fishing boat "Jose Almuiña" in the Galician TV, they use several pictures of this ship and others copied from this page. In the images I didn't see any reference to this page or the photografers. Is it correct?
