Low-Sulphur is usually meant when asked by a ship if they can keep operate their main engine and auxillary engines on HFO or must switch to MGO/MDO with a low sulphur content while operating in the port limits.

As your experience, some port issued the regulation in official letters reg subject or include in port information sending by port agent thorugh shipowner?

Thanks! That's all good advice. As well as a helmet, I guess I should bring my own ear and eye protection?

Not sure if you can free walking on deck, not like bulker ship
So better stay at bridge when day time till sunset time

Understood.And correct.I have experience fm MV Getwin IMO 8025135.old ship but still in service last time.old ship and age same with me.Master always need also good trimming in every holds  to avoid cargo rolling
