Due to a change in circumstances, It has been force upon me to try and get rid of my vast collection of shipping books/ magazines.

Lloyds daily Indexes
Llyods Registers plus many end of year update
Shipping Today & Yesterday about first 30 years
Several WSS books
Several Dutch and Danish softback indexes.

De to weight of some maybe the should be collection only or an agreement reach.
All books will be free

I wonder if anybody could shed any light on this Vessel.
The markings is BJ4140 but is this a call sign or is it a Fishing number from 2016

Hello All

I hd a request from a member today, trying to find a photograph of a ship he went to America on.
His profile name is Rujana and his email is      [email protected]

Below i will paste his letter to me.

Hi,

My family and I emigrated from former Yugoslavia to the USA in March, 1962. We came on a ship "Bohinj", which departed Sbenik on Feb. 28. 1962 and arrived in New York City on March 22, 1962. I have been searching for a photo of this particular Bohinj, but have not had any success. Would you be able to help? Bohinj was a cargo ship, but also had some passanger cabins. From what I remember, it was a relatively small vessel.
