I had the same problem with Equasis, no email. Turned out I missed something on the new password page once corrected I got the email.
Go back and check that you have completed fully

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a good "free" photo editing software?
I have just had a new hard disc fitted in my desktop and reloaded from my backup disc but the software programs apparently are not part of the backup  (first time I've ever reloaded from a backup.). My old photoshop which came with the computer now has a yearly subscription charge.
My camera produces GPEG images.

All other software programs have been sourced from my discs or online.

I didn't go down the disc route but did renew my subscription a couple of months ago and it works as normal. Still good value even if no longer updated. I'm sure the disc issue will be sorted at some point.

After flying halfway round the world for work in San Francisco back in 2002 I went down to the harbour knowing every vessel would be new ... LOL. The first incoming ship was the containership RIVER ELEGANCE which I had seen before at Felixstowe  Couldn't believe it. Only good thing was that she was in COSCO colours.
