Their was a similar incident shown on one of the Sea Patrol UK were they boarded a tanker that had been idle off the Kent coast for some time issued the captain an on the spot fine of a few thousand pounds for selling the crew duty free cigarettes whilst in territorial waters and confiscated the rest worth several thousand pounds all this without a judge or jury. easy way to swell the govemet's coffers easier then catching drug smugglers

On the 04/09 i visited the wet dock in Ipswich opposite Anglo Norden divers were workng on a sunken two masted sailing vessel flying the French flag any info welcome

On the Norfolkline website, Link they say they operate three trips a week from Harwich International to Esbjerg. These departures would appear to be on the Dana Sirena can anyone tell me if their is a link between the two companies

The action's of companie's that buy another company just to asset strip and put them out of buisness need's to be delt with by goverment's.
I would think that the competition law's have also been broken.
It seem's strange not to restart the Ipswich service as it was in profit and had no direct competition
