My most memorable moment of 2009 is
On the 28 of november i was invited by the captain of the CMA CGM Butterfly 9.700 teu.
It was really great to be for the first time on a containership,

If search on AIS they al have destination Loch Striven Greenock United Kingdom
The Maersk Brooklyn is on the AIS destination Hunterson United Kingdom
The Maersk Buffalo is somewhere in Thailand
They are also my favorite Maersk vessels

Hi Chris,

Go to the little harbour in Hook van Holland the first tug you  can see is the Smit Japan,
In the same harbour go with the Fast Ferry daytrip 5 euro,s ,The fast ferry will go to the Landtong and he will pass the Scheurhaven that the place where all the Smit tugs are.
If you go further with the fast ferry he will go to the Maasvlakte in the beerkanaal on the left you can see the Fairplay towage and some big tankers and containersships
Than go back with the Fast Ferry to the landtong and stay there thats the best place

Onboard of the Waker,there is a fire in the engine room,the ship position is 5 miles from Vlieland,(Netherlands)
The ship crew has left safety the Waker.
No one of the crew is hurt,the rescue ship of Vlieland and Terschelling sailt to the Waker to offer some help.
The fire derpartment of Terschelling fighting the fire below decks.

But Estelle Maersk is not going to Zeebrugge,but the other ones arenot going to Felixstowe   but to Zeebrugge

There a big fire at the Rotterdam Harbour
The fire is at Kuwait  Petroleum they even call there some explosions
Later more news
