According to the Chilean Navy website fire started on 20th April at 20:45 LT. First call was from POSEIDON at 01:16 LT on 21st April. The vessel position was 280 nm SW of Ancud.
A better picture can be found here it was taken from a P3 Orion plane
If I'm right this is the third vessel of this series -built at Vigo & Gijon- damaged by fire.

Seems like the tanker SAMOTHRAKY touched the sea bottom on 17 March 2007 east of Gibraltar when approaching the rock for crew changes on a loaded voyage from Libya to UK with fuel oil. She is now anchored at Gibraltar with a list to stb. No cargo spill reported.  Video. Picture.

EXPLORER, IMO 8519239, grounded off Suances on 16 March 2007 afternoon when outbound from Requejada for Casablanca loaded with sodium carbonate. Refloated on 18 March and berthed at Santander.

According to newspapers:
HMS ENDURANCE on scene.
Spanish Navy tug and research ship LAS PALMAS not allowed to approach the area.

Seems like the accident occured close to the Spanish Base Camp named Gabriel de Castilla. According to Spanish newspaper EL MUNDO people from this Base Camp reported an oil spill from NORDKAPP.

OCEAN GLOBE grounded on El Diamante shoal -at the entrance of Cadiz bay- on 22nd January at 22:15 utc. She was refloated the next day on the evening high tide at 17:00 utc. Tugs employed as follows: VB SARGAZOS, VB ADRIATICO, VB ROTA, SERTOSA DIEZ, PUNTA TARIFA & SERTOSA DIECIOCHO.

According to the Portuguese Navy website she was refloated in the afternoon and towed to Setubal for inspection by local tugs RESISTENTE and CABO ESPICHEL.
