Harmony of the Seas will not come this year

If you search an nice hotel next to the water you have in Vlaardingen an nice hotel next to the water
What also is nice little bit exspensive is the old cruise ship SS Rotterdam,
Now the locations:
In the morning hours you have the best light conditions
In the Europoort,Noordzeeweg than you drive all the way to the Landtong you can take pictures from the berted Tankers and Bulkcarriers and see the tugboats and some ferries
Second place is Maassluis you can see the ships passing by but its not so busy anymore but on Thursday and Friday you can see the AidaPrima
Where i go every morning is the beerkanaal,at the Pilot Station Markweg
In the morning light the conditions are perfect
you can see the containerships coming in or out some tankers and if you are Lucky an bulkers
Or just go to the Maasvlakte you can see everything coming in or out

SimonWP iam an very reguler visitor to the Maasvlakte for many years but i have never seen that people posting pictures on shipspotting in the car
When there is cold weather we sometimes waiting in the car to warm up or meet some people that are empty there memory card,
And from all the shipspotters there are only 2 that post on shipspotting
Iam just like to share my pictures if i see the Emma Maersk 10 times in Rotterdam i will post 10 times the Emma Maersk why ? just because i like to share my shots,
But have to say in Rotterdam its difficult to upload different ships most of the ships are the same,(containerships,or bulkers the big ones )

Nederlandse Koopvaardijschepen written by Dick Gorter,
It's about Seatrade alot of pictures from spotters including an few of mine photos

Trip reports / Koper,Reijkja and Trieste

Next week i will travel to Koper Slovenia after that we will travel close to Reijkja and later we move to Trieste,
Now i hope to get some information about the shipspotting places,
Maybe some street names that i can put in my navigation

I think you have problems with the heat haze,
On the Maasvlakte Rotterdam we have the same problems I have the Canon 500D with the 100-400 L
On the fuly zoom 400mm i have the same problems during the summer,but when i reduce the pics 2000 for shipspotting the problems is solved.
But on other places around the Schelde the lens at 400 mm is perfect.
I have to say the lens is amazing !!!
