I hope you have already found your information. If not, be advised that the three ships you mention (and Finnmerchant as well) were based on the 'Lekhaven' class, a design developed by Van der Giessen / De Noord during WW2. Apart from the semi-icebreaking stem the hull lines would be similar to this class. Maybe this can help you in finding more plans.
