Shipping News and information / Basle Express - leaving Soton today

Basle express box boat must be poorly as she left with both of fawley's tugs today and the phenix tug attached on the stern  - she was still attached at Nab tower outbound.

Assuming rudder problems and she only made 6-8 knots all the way out.??

Anyone know?
