Title: Naval ship prefixs

Why are Lithuanian naval ships prefixed on here as LTS and not LNS?
Google the navy and prefix is either LNS (Lithuanian Ship (NATO designation)) or LKL (Lietuvos Karinis Laivas (Lithuanian Military Ship))
