Title: Maersk reveals new design of 8 green container ships

On www.maersk.com you can find a new video showing the new design of 8 ships being delivered in 2024.
Not much ship left. Only hull and boxes. Accomodation block forward and funnel aft. 350 m x 53,5 m.
Really missing the old L-class liners (Luna, Lexa etc.) Those were the days. Niels

I like the new design, strange it took too long for them to come up with something obvious as that.  However the forecastle is still opened & the superstructure is after it - why not to make the superstructure right above the forecastle how it's on X-Bow vessels?

The narrative describing the new design includes the follows...."New arrangements for lifeboats and navigational lights had to be developed, plus new cameras to support the captain
