Bulker STAR EAGLE stranded in the mud on the river Seine, was sailing to or from Rouen France.

Sorry, not STAR EAGLE but SEA EAGLE, was sailing to Rouen from La Rochelle -La Pallice port, with fertiliser in bulk.

The SEA EAGLE has been refloat  friday 13 morning.
She sail to Rouen with no apparent damage
