Does anyone know if Carisbrooke Shipping has been taken over by Novo Marine as their web site has not been updatd for over a year and the Carisbrooke fleet is now shown under Novo Marine fleet

They are involved in a joint venture / agreement with the commercial / chartering & ops side handled via Nova Marine while technical management / crewing remains with Carisbrooke.
