Which DEUTSCHLAND? The 1916 submarine merchant cargo freighter, U-DEUTSCHLAND maybe? The image isn't exactly on the money but it is a fair representation and I really appreciate the effort. I don't have the key to the numbering though. Sorry.

HI, I would love the plans for the Discovery as well. I have plans for the 1900 SS Deutschland, is this the ship you looking for?

A historical survey of the TS Empire State V, a P2-Sl-DN3 design built in 1952 can be found here:https://www.maritime.dot.gov/sites/marad.dot.gov/files/docs/about-us/history/vessels-maritime-administration/931/empirestatevhaersurvey.pdf (https://www.maritime.dot.gov/sites/marad.dot.gov/files/docs/about-us/history/vessels-maritime-administration/931/empirestatevhaersurvey.pdf). It contains a description with a lot of photomaterial, but also a CAD general arrangement plan and a sheerplan, half-breadth plan and bodyplan
