Post by: Peter S. aus N on June 12, 2013, 01:55:12 PM
Yesterday evening there was a problem between passengervessel OCEAN Princess and North Tug in Kirkenes. North Tug sunk and is laying on bottom in 60m deep. All are rescued.
Has anyone more information????
What about our Norwegian shipspotter ????

I remember that tugboat from last year when it brought me and my friends ashore after we had transited the Northern Sea Route onboard one of the Finnish multipurpose icebreakers. It's good to know that the crew is safe - they were nice people. Too bad for the relatively new tugboat, though.
